Now that I've got the groove of things at my new work, 
I feel more at ease to go out after work. Whenever I begin something new, encounter stressful situations, 
or just feel unsure about whatever is going to follow, I lose my appetite for fun...it's weird. 
But once I get it, my appetite booms! So...the past several weeks, I've been cooking up a storm with 
new recipes I find online. I have this urge to cook again, yes, even after coming home from 
a long day of work. Cooking was only fun during summer breaks, when I did absolutely nothing, just thinking 
about food, what to experiment with, what I can make, not just for that day, but the following day, 
and so on. It was quite thrilling. That sense of thrill is coming back. I've tried stir fry, quinoa mix, various 
types of fried rice, sandwiches of course, but the winner of'em all would have to be this 
egg salad recipe!!!! I don't know what it is about an egg salad sandwich but...I'm obsessed. Ultimate fail 
would have to go to the quinoa mix. Truthfully, it just tasted way too healthy, if that makes any sense. 
Too much parsley perhaps, but definitely not worth eating another spoonful....what a waste.
