Often times when I'm eating an egg, I think why are you so good? I have loved eggs
since I can remember eating one, and have always loved them. I like the whole
thing too—not just the white part or the yolk, the whole thing. I remember as a child,
I loved the yolk so much, my family would let me eat all of their yolk. Growing up
I've noticed a lot of people do not like the yolk...you know, calories, cholesterol, the
consistency, the thought of a baby chick, but I loved it regardless. I like them cooked all
sorts of ways as well. Fried, sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, hard boiled, poached,
you name it, I love it. I love them so much, I just had to express it through a post.
Actually, I think my lunch from today triggered this. I had spicy garlic cheese fries,
and it came with a perfect sunny side up egg on top—hm, french fries and egg,
pretty good combination.
