A significant change has come over me.
Why or how I do not know, but I don't complain (much, or I feel) anymore.
I get irritated hearing others complain, like unusually irritated. I find myself not responding
when I hear a complaint. Instead, I retort mentally (I guess this is a form of complaint...ha)
"so unworthy, have you no family, friends, home, a bed to sleep in every night, first world
problems are ridiculous, other people have it worse, seriously?!"

I guess what I'm getting at is instead of complaining and
finding things to whine and grumble about, which in most cases is absolute rubbish,
take a look at what you do have—be thankful. Complaining gets you no where.
No one likes to be around whiners. Whenever you feel yourself about to vomit a complaint, stop.
Stop and think about what you're thankful for instead. You can even be midpoint
mumbling, "Omgggggg I ha...love that we're stuck in traffic. More quality time. I'm not currently
in an accident. Heck, I have a car!" To think of all those times I've
complained about the most minuscule things, I'm quite embarrassed and ashamed.
No more complaining.

In the words of Stefan Sagmeister:

Complaining is stupid.
Either act or forget.
