Shopping for stationary supplies is probably among my top favorite things to do. Although it isn't often that I get to buy new notebooks or cases I feel so jittery and excited when I do. Maybe it has to do with the fact that it's new and I love a new, clean, crisp notebook which I'll be able to make mine and wear out. Been looking for a pencil case for a long time so I wouldn't have all my pens, pencils, xacto, and eraser buried in my bag and waste time looking for them when I need them. Simple, slim, and cognac brown – none of those cheesy, tacky illustrations or phrases that don't even make sense. Hard to see but I also got this large clear case to hold a lot of different materials at once – also good for rainy days.

And I can't believe I just went on about each item I got...

The last picture was taken from outside looking into a cafe's window (the cafe was closed) and thought it was a little eery having a single chair placed right in front of the window as if some ghost is sitting there watching strangers walk by...

I was surprised when Pappa Rich appeared right before me as Annie and I were walking to Bucca in Old Downtown Pasadena. The first and only time I had Pappa Rich's warm bun was in Korea last winter so this brought back fond memories...felt like I was in Korea again.

love this video

First one is from Bottega Louie second one is from Le Napoleon Patisserie – I think Paulette distributes their macarons to them.

Thanks Jane for the chandelier that I never had!
Today was bread overload. I had bread for breakfast with tuna and bread for dinner with these two.
We love bread a little too much.

I don't like it when you think you like an outfit until your sister tells you you look weird.

I don't remember the last time I've felt the complete absence of stress. It feels so good. I have brownies baking in the oven right now. I'm about to make some coffee. I don't know what else can make this night better besides watching a movie wrapped up in my favorite blanket while hearing sparse moments of raindrops hitting the concrete. I'm happy.

Today I slept for 15 hours. I could have slept more but a family dinner that I haven't had for a while sounded better. First semester of my 3rd year at Otis has been the most work demanding, time juggling, sleep deprived 3.5 months of my life. But it was fun staying up, eating at 12am, and producing work late into the night with friends. Now I'm going to enjoy this winter break more than I've enjoyed any other break. It scares me to know that half my jr year is over and I'll soon be graduating and going into the real world. I'm just trying to think positive and that everything will fall into place with hard work and serious effort. Here a web project I worked on for my first web class.

1. Web Design 1 – For the final we had to create a website of our choice. I decided to make a website for cups — an ode to cups that I own and some interesting ones I found online and wish I owned. Here is the link.
